Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you buy from the shop on this website. Please read them before you place an order. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

The shop is run by Dots Media Private Limited (“Dots Media”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in India with Corporate Identity Number (CIN) U22100DL2010PTC201858.

Office: 717A, 7th Floor, Vipul Business Park, Sector – 48, Sohna Road, Gurgaon – 122018, Haryana, India.

We design and build exhibition booths for trade shows, mainly in the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Our US service locations are 3600 Thayer Ct, Suite 400, Aurora, IL 60504 (Chicago) and 1660 Helm Drive, Suite 300 & 400, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89119.

These terms are for business customers buying for use at trade shows and exhibitions. “You” means the person or company placing the order.

2. What we sell

  • Modular booths in the sizes listed in the shop, built to order for your show.
  • Booth add-ons, such as TVs, counters, lighting, storage rooms, banners, brochure stands and furniture, supplied with a booth.
  • Graphic services: booth graphic design, print-ready artwork preparation and brand kits for exhibitions.

Product photos and drawings show typical builds. Your booth is made to the design you approve, so finishes, colours and layout may differ from the pictures.

3. Orders and confirmation

When you place an order, you are asking us to supply the items in your cart. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order to you in writing by email. Before confirming, we check that we can deliver for your show’s dates and location.

We may decline an order, for example if we cannot meet the show dates, the venue’s rules do not allow the build, or a price was shown in error. If we decline an order you have already paid for, we refund the full amount to the card you used.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). The price you pay is the one we confirm for your order.

Prices cover only the items described in the shop. They do not include fees charged by the show organiser or venue (see section 6). Any taxes or duties that apply to your order will be shown on your invoice.

Payment is by debit or credit card through ICICI Bank’s secure payment gateway, once card payment is enabled on this shop. Until then, we confirm your order first and then send you a payment link. Your card details are entered on ICICI Bank’s systems; we never see or store your full card number.

5. Design approval and production

After your order is confirmed, we send you a design for your booth or graphics. Production starts only after you approve the design in writing (an email is enough). Please check the design carefully, including spelling, logos, colours and dimensions, because we build exactly what you approve.

Changes requested after approval may cost extra and may affect whether we can meet the show date. We will tell you the cost and the effect on timing before making them.

You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, images, text and other material you send us, and that our use of them for your order will not infringe anyone else’s rights.

6. Your responsibilities for the show

You are responsible for:

  • booking your exhibition space with the show organiser;
  • following the organiser’s and venue’s rules, including limits on booth height, fire-safety and electrical rules, and approval deadlines;
  • paying fees charged by the organiser, venue or their contractors, such as space rental, electrical connections, material handling (drayage), rigging, internet, cleaning and any labour the venue requires you to use; and
  • giving us accurate show details (name, venue, hall and booth number, dates and move-in times) and any exhibitor-manual requirements in good time.

Where the organiser needs booth drawings or forms from us, we will provide them if you ask us early enough.

7. Delivery, installation and dismantle

We plan every build around your show’s move-in and move-out times. Where your order includes installation and dismantle, our crew will set up the booth before the show opens and take it down after it closes.

We are not responsible for delays or extra costs caused by late design approval, missing information, changes to the show schedule, or decisions of the organiser, venue, customs authorities or carriers.

8. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel an order by emailing us. In summary:

  • within 7 days of placing the order: 100% refund;
  • more than 7 days after placing the order: 25% refund;
  • these rules apply to booths, add-ons and graphic services alike;
  • refunds go back to the original card within 5–7 business days.

9. Designs and photographs

Designs, drawings and files we create remain ours until your order is paid in full. Once paid, you may use the final graphics we produced for you for your own business. We may photograph your finished booth and show it in our portfolio and marketing; if you do not want this, tell us in writing before the show.

10. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for any order, whether in contract, negligence or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales, lost leads, lost profit, show or space fees, or travel and accommodation costs.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, government action, strikes, venue closures, or transport and customs disruption. If such an event affects your order, we will tell you promptly and work with you on a new date or another solution.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any contract under them are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before going to court, both sides will first try to settle the dispute in good faith by discussion.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
